On January 19, 2012, the Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association (PDPOA) Board of Directors approved the implementation of a rental pass fee. The purpose of this fee is to establish a more equitable method for accommodating renters.

Welcome to the Palmetto Dunes Department of Security Operations website. Palmetto Dunes is regarded as a world class oceanfront resort and we take great pride in offering world class services. Our department is staffed by a team of approximately 40 highly trained employees, many of whom are officers certified by SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) to enforce the laws of South Carolina and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. Our department is also staffed with civilian employees who operate our pass office to ensure compliance with entry onto our property.
